PRODUCTION
We, Plastec Packaging GmbH, serve different industries and have different application possibilities. Our production makes it possible to realize individual objects. The product range extends from blister packs to technical EDS trays. We produce with PS, ABS, PET materials as standard. Depending on individual customer requests, we also process special materials.
We use standard frames with exchangeable inner workings. This allows tray variability, changes and modifications within production. In addition, this makes it easier to run large series and they can be stacked.
Trees are used for manual and automatic loading and transportation. If desired, these can be marked with colored stripes to make operation easier for the user. We label trays with your logo and ESD symbol. We would be happy to print a binary code on the frame later if you wish. In addition to disposable and reusable trays, we press and design our trays universally for some components, thus reducing costs.
You will receive other packaging, such as plastic cardboard and special packaging, as complete deliveries. Each profile is extruded according to the requirements. Not only do we focus on packaging production, we are able to complete your product and work on a new product or prototype.
